Water is Essential

Our bodies are made of up to 60% water. With that being said, proper water consumption is essential for a healthy lifestyle. The institute of Medicine suggests that the average male drinks roughly 104 ounces of water daily and that the average female drinks roughly 72 ounces daily. That might seem like a lot of water, but try adding fresh mint, citrus, fruits or cucumbers to your water for a fun and tasty twist!
