Administrative Assistant

In this position you will:

    • Provide administrative support
    • Answer multi-line phone per protocol and route to the appropriate department or staff member
    • Provide prompt response to phone inquiries
    • Monitor incoming faxes and distribute accordingly
    • Prepare weekly staff meeting agenda and record minutes
    • Data entry confidential information
    • Order, receive, organize and maintain office supplies
    • Prepare outgoing mail, including mass mailings
    • Upkeep company conference room and break rooms
    • Attend company-related events as needed
